How is my personalized meal plan created?
Your meal plan is tailored Gilles Sissoko, a sports nutrition expert, based on your goals, energy expenditure, and physical profile.
You receive personalized recipes for all your meals throughout the week (breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and dinners). They are crafted to suit your tastes, and the precise measurements of each ingredient are specified down to the gram according to your nutritional needs.
Every week, your meal plan is readjusted to continually bring you closer to your goal.
The recipes in your meal plan are diverse, high in protein, and very easy to prepare!
What is the grocery budget for my meals?
The cost of your groceries ranges from $4 to $6 per lunch/dinner and from $1 to $2 per breakfast/snack. A typical day will cost you between $10 and $15.
What if I don't know how to cook?
Your recipes are very easy to prepare. No culinary skills are required; MyFit7 explains in detail, step by step, how to prepare your meals.
What if I want to eat with friends or go out to eat?
Your sports nutrition expert adjusts your meal plan based on occasional indulgences, so you can dine out with friends and family from time to time.
How do MyFit7 trainings work?
Your MyFit7 personal coach will reach out to you via messaging to precisely assess your goals and skill level, in order to create a customized training program.
Each week, your coach will fine-tune your workouts based on your progress and how you feel, gradually increasing the intensity.

Every week, you will need to send your coach photos of your physique from the front, side, and back, as well as your updated weight, so that they can provide an assessment and adjust your meal and fitness programs if needed.
How can I become a MyFit7 member?
You need to click on the blue 'Start my coaching' button, then you need to watch the 7-minute video. Afterward, you'll answer some questions about your goal, physical characteristics, and energy expenditure so that we can prepare your personalized nutritional plan and workouts.
You will then receive a call from one of the founders of MyFit7 to discuss your motivations and determination to join the program.
If you are determined, you will be selected to join MyFit7. The founders will then provide you with a link to validate your payment and complete your registration.
